As Area Director for Central Africa, Mike and Kari lead our missionary teams within the seven countries of Central Africa, helping shape the strategy for planting, nurturing, and partnering with the church. They aim to empower missionaries to be used by God wherever He has placed them, equip the national church to carry out the vision God has given them, and engage the places where communities are without access to the church. Everything is connected to our vision to see a healthy church within walking distance of every African.
Previous Ministry
Mike and Kari were appointed as AGWM missionaries in 1995. They servied in Tanzania for 15 years, then in the Democratic Republic of the Cong for six years, and are currently based in the country of Cameroon.
