As AGWM administrator, Kevin Donaldson assists the executive director in the oversight of the day-to-day operations of Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) and its nearly 2,700 AG missionaries and associates who serve in more than 190 countries.

Raised in St. Louis County, Missouri, Kevin received Christ at age 7. The grandson of pioneer Assemblies of God pastors, he was called to ministry as a child and began an active pulpit ministry at a very young age. Kevin graduated from Central Bible College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible. He met his wife, Lucy, while a student there. After their marriage, Kevin spent his early years of full-time ministry as an evangelist.

Kevin joined the staff of AGWM in 1989 as an editorial assistant while he attended Assemblies of God Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Literature. God called Kevin and Lucy to missionary service during this season, and they arrived in India with their newborn daughter, Grace, in 1995. The Donaldsons have spent more than two decades in missionary service in India, Belgium, Eurasia, and international missions organizations.

Kevin formerly served as India coordinator for Project Rescue, a ministry to the victims of sex trafficking. He and his wife, Lucy, resided in New Delhi, India, where they pastored prostituted women and their children in Delhi’s red-light district. As director of development for the Eurasia Region of Assemblies of God World Missions, Kevin helped mobilize financial resources, workers, intercessors and leaders to establish church planting movements across Eurasia.

Kevin holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University. He has provided leadership development, consulting, and coaching services to multinational business clients, including GE, PepsiCo, General Motors and Marriott.

Kevin and Lucy’s daughter, Grace, and her husband, Trey, live in Kansas City, Missouri.
